Nollywood loses another actor, Zulu Adigwe

The Nigerian film industry is once again in mourning following the tragic passing of another Nollywood actor, Zulu Adigwe.

The news of Adigwe’s demise surfaced on social media platforms on Tuesday, prompting an outpouring of grief from fans and colleagues alike.

The announcement of his death was made by movie producer Stanley Nwoko through a post on his social media account, where he expressed his condolences and bid farewell to the talented actor.

Adigwe’s passing comes just two weeks after the untimely deaths of Junior Pope and three other Nollywood actors in a tragic boat accident on the Anam River in Otuocha, Anambra State.

Throughout his career, Adigwe endeared himself to audiences by portraying fatherly figures in Nollywood productions.

He gained widespread recognition for his role as Mr. B in the renowned sitcom “Basi and Company” and further solidified his presence in the industry with a notable performance in the critically acclaimed 2019 movie “Living in Bondage: Breaking Free.”

Originally hailing from Enugu State, Adigwe spent his formative years there before relocating to Austria, where he completed his primary and secondary education.
