Hon. Adesanya Okunade, Chairman of Egbedore Local Government, extends his warmest wishes to all the children in Egbedore Local Government, Osun State, and Nigeria on this joyous occasion of Children’s Day.
In his heartfelt message, Hon. Okunade prayed that God will continue to guide and protect all children, providing them with the strength and wisdom to grow into responsible and successful adults.
He also prayed for God’s provision for their parents, enabling them to take good care of their children and meet their needs. He quoted Proverbs 22:6, which says, “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it,” emphasizing the importance of nurturing and educating children.
Hon. Okunade stressed the significance of investing in the education and well-being of children, recognizing them as the future leaders of our nation.
The Chairman called on parents, teachers, and community leaders to continue supporting and nurturing the younger generation, ensuring they receive the love, care, and education they deserve.
