An estate development company, EUC Homes Ltd has drawn the attention of governments at all levels to the illegal activities of land grabbers and racketeers.
Raising the alarm against its increase, the company warned innocent people to take precautions, while going into land transactions.
The Press Secretary of the company, Mr Joshua Elekwachi, who addressed journalists recently in Abuja following their findings, during the EUC Homes allocation of land to subscribers in Lagos, condemned in its entirety the activities of land grabbers and racketeers, even as he added that the company has continued to hold unto credibility by allocating lands to deserving subscribers, which if emulated would go a long way.
Explaining further, he said: ” We have successfully carried out allocation for subscribers in Ibeju Royal Court, Brooksville, Lagoon and Ocean Wood Courts. All customers who previously purchased lands in the Estates got their allocation in confirmation of the proficiency we are known for”.
Calling on Nigerians interested in making investment in lands to always be on alert to avoid falling into wrong hands, he informed that his company has the track record as a trendsetter, that has always prioritized satisfaction of clients, stressing that is why they have made it a routine thing to allocate lands.
