The Ministry of Interior has pledged to collaborate with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) to inform Nigerians about the achievements of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration under the Renewed Hope Agenda.
Minister of Interior, Dr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, made this assurance while receiving the Managing Director of NAN, Malam Ali Muhammad Ali, in his office in Abuja, according to a press statement from Dr Ozoya Imohimi, the Ministry’s Director of Press on Thursday.
Dr. Tunji-Ojo emphasized the importance of engaging citizens on the government’s laudable programs, which are in line with the 8-point agenda of the Federal Government. He also revealed that President Tinubu has approved the establishment of a National Paramilitary Academy, highlighting the ongoing reforms aimed at enhancing the nation’s security architecture.
The Minister’s assurance is a significant step towards promoting transparency and accountability in governance.
By partnering with NAN, the Ministry of Interior aims to reach a wider audience and keep Nigerians informed about the government’s initiatives and achievements.
