The President, Abuja Fish/Frozen Food Association (AFFOSA), Dr Muhammad Salifu Abdulahi has encouraged members to pray for the good of AFFOSA members, Nigerians, and the country’s leaders.

He also stressed that for the poor and the rich to participate in the festivities, he reminded them to maintain fair prices for their goods during the celebration.

In order to remain committed in their religion and continue their businesses, Alhaji Muhammad Salifu Abdulahi also advised members to celebrate the upcoming Sallah with moderation and prayer.

The President addressed journalists on Sunday at the peak of celebration, even as he emphasized the importance of using the Sallah celebration to work for Allah’s glory.

Cautioning members against engaging in extravagant celebrations that could negatively impact their businesses and families, he reiterated the need for them to: “cut their coats according to their sizes.”

He spoke at length on the need to use the festivities to pray for the good of AFFOSA members, Nigerians, the country’s leaders, among others, adding that for the poor and the rich to equally participate in the festivities, he reminded them to maintain fair prices for their goods during the celebration.

All these, he said, will go a long way, if done.

Furthermore, he stressed the need for peace, unity, and love in the country, urging members to pray for these values during the Sallah celebration.

He also reminded them to strictly abide by the law during the festivities, promoting a safe and harmonious environment for all.

Alhaji Muhammad Salifu Abdulahi’s message emphasizes the importance of responsible and respectful celebration, while promoting the values of prayer, moderation, and community.
