Dr. Felix Orduen Kor, PhD—a remarkable scholar, educator, and professional hailing from the Mbaza community in Benue State, Nigeria.
Born to Pa Mbafan Kor and Mama Anashir Mbafan, Dr. Kor has not only excelled academically but has also made noteworthy contributions across various fields.
Dr. Kor’s educational journey kicked off at the LGEA primary schools in Ukumba, followed by NKST secondary school in Adikpo and Ikurav Ya community secondary school in Ikyogen.
He then moved on to the College of Advanced and Professional Studies in Makurdi, where he wrote his IJMB to prepare him for University admission. he earned his degree in Business Management from Benue State University Makurdi. Additionally, Dr. Kor holds a Master’s degree in Management and a PhD in Management from Joseph Sarwuan Tarka University Makurdi.
Dr. Kor’s professional path encompasses academia, research, and leadership roles. He has taught at several institutions, including NKST Secondary School Ikyogen, Netherlands International School Abuja, and Joseph Sarwuan Tarka University Makurdi. His research interests are diverse, covering Entrepreneurship, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management, and Procurement Management. He has published works in both local and international journals and has participated in numerous conferences and workshops.
Dr. Kor has also provided consulting services for various organizations, including the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs on the Home Grown School Feeding Program and the Benue State Rehabilitation Board.
Dr. Kor is deeply committed to supporting individuals with disabilities and has conducted extensive research and consulting in this area.
He is an active member of several organizations, including the Boys Brigade of Nigeria, and has taken on leadership roles, such as Chairman of the APC Kwande chapter. Additionally, Dr. Kor serves as the CEO of Dzendakofan Global Service Limited.
