Dr. Chima Anyaso, a renowned entrepreneur, politician, and philanthropist from Igbere, Abia North Senatorial District, has been honored with the prestigious 2024 Vanguard Personality of the Year Real Estate Icon Award. The award ceremony was held at the Eko Hotel and Suites, where Dr. Anyaso emerged tops among other real estate moguls.
A kinsman of Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, who represents Abia North in the Senate, Dr. Anyaso is the founder of Chimbaland Properties & Investment Co Ltd, a company with significant interests in Lagos real estate.
He is also the founder of the Cades Group, with interests in oil and gas. Dr. Anyaso holds several academic credentials, including a BA in English and Literature, MBA, and (link unavailable) in Management from the University of Lagos, as well as an Executive Management Certification from Peter J. Tobin College of Business, St. John’s University, Manhattan, New York.
