On behalf of the Federal Government (FG), the Honourable Minister, Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment (FMITI), Dr. Jumoke Oduwole, will host a crucial Technical Meeting of the AfCFTA Central Coordination Committee.
The meeting aims to assess Nigeria’s progress in implementing the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) agreement.
Key objectives include: Expert-level analysis of Nigeria’s AfCFTA implementation progress; Review of findings from the national implementation assessment questionnaire; and Development of a consolidated technical report to guide strategic decision-making
This meeting brings together stakeholders to evaluate Nigeria’s readiness and progress in harnessing the benefits of the AfCFTA, promoting intra-African trade and economic growth.
