I’m absolutely delighted to share my heartfelt congratulations to my respected lecturer, Prof. Barr. Yangien Timothy Ornguga, on his recent nomination as Commissioner by His Excellency Rev. Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia, the Executive Governor of Benue State.
Having had the privilege of being taught by Prof. Ornguga, I can genuinely vouch for his outstanding qualities. His careful and dedicated teaching style shone through in every class, where he fostered discipline and maintained a strong sense of order. He treated all students with fairness and impartiality, evaluating us based solely on our abilities, free from bias, favoritism, or regionalism.
Outside the classroom, I witnessed his genuine passion for helping others succeed. His unwavering commitment to mentoring and guiding people close to him which I’m a beneficiary is truly remarkable, and his dedication to growth of humanity and development was nothing short of inspiring.
As a devoted Christian, Prof. Ornguga’s dedication to self-discipline and his stance against corruption and truth irrespective of the consequences are truly admirable. His strong work ethic and compassion are qualities that set him apart as an exceptional person.
I also want to express my gratitude to Governor Alia for recognizing Prof. Ornguga’s worthiness for this role. I have no doubt that he will thrive in this new position, bringing his extensive experience and expertise to the responsibilities ahead.
Once again, congratulations to Prof. Barr. Yangien Timothy Ornguga on this well-deserved nomination. I wish him God’s guidance and protection as he embarks on this new journey.
