The Chairman of the Advocacy Support Group for Fr. Alia, Mr. Philip Anongo, on behalf of the group, has extended his congratulations to Honourable Denis Ter Iyaghigba on his successful screening as a commissioner for the Benue state Executive Council.
The confirmation came after a successful appearance before the State House of Assembly, where Iyaghigba impressed lawmakers with his poise and expertise.
A statement released today by the head of Media and Advocacy of the group, Mr. Lubem Gena said, Anongo lauded Governor Hyacinth Iormem Alia for the nomination, noting that Iyaghigba’s confirmation reflects his exceptional qualities.
“Honourable Iyaghigba is a man of vast experience and knowledge,” Anongo said.
“His background in the marine, blue economy, oil, and gas sectors gives him a unique perspective that will be invaluable to the development of our state.”
Anongo highlighted the nominee’s ability to communicate his vision effectively, stating that Iyaghigba’s persuasive presentation during the screening underscored his conviction and commitment to service.
The chairman further pointed out Iyaghigba’s well-known integrity and work ethic as qualities that will ensure he contributes meaningfully to the administration.
