Governor Hyacinth Iormem Alia, congratulates the Federal Commissioner, Revenue Mobilisation Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC), Ambassador Prof. Steve Torkuma Ugbah, as he clocks 70 years.
The Governor describes the 2011 governorship candidate of the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN), in Benue State, as an honest person, who has always demonstrated an uncommon sense of patriotism and an unwavering commitment towards the development of the State and country.
He says he is happy to identify with the former Nigerian Ambassador to Russia, considering his humility, personal achievements, exemplary leadership and great contributions to nation building.
The Governor prays for more of God’s protection upon Prof Ugbah’s life and wishes him more years in good health.
