Former minister, ex-PDP chairman Audu Ogbeh dies at 78

Chief Audu Ogbeh, a respected former Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, and a former PDP chairman has passed away at the age of 78.

The news was confirmed by his family in a statement released on Saturday, revealing that the elder statesman died peacefully on August 9, 2025.
