The Coalition of Road Safety-focused NGOs in Nigeria (CORSAN) has lauded the Corps Marshal of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Mr. Shehu Mohammed, for his open-door policy and commitment to collaboration.
This approach, CORSAN believes, will help prevent road crashes and mitigate their impact on Nigerian roads.
In a statement signed by Prince Julius Ache Ogu, Chairman of CORSAN’s Board of Trustees, the coalition commended Mohammed’s leadership style, describing it as exemplary. CORSAN, which includes organizations like the Accident Prevention and Rescue Initiative and Road Accident Prevention Network Centre, appreciates the Corps Marshal’s willingness to engage with stakeholders.
This collaboration, CORSAN notes, is crucial in tackling Nigeria’s road safety challenges. By pooling their expertise and resources, stakeholders can work together to reduce road crashes and create a safer transportation environment.
