The Hon. Chinedu Joshua Obika Solidarity Movement paid a visit to a widow whose house was destroyed in a gas explosion in Bwari Area Council on January 15, 2026.
The team, led by Chairman Hon. Johnson Olatunde Ayo, brought a modest token of support to the affected family.
The visiting team included prominent members of the Solidarity Movement, such as Chief U.P. Oweka, Chief Dr. Raymond Ugwu, and Chief Akpara Augustine Omokagbo, Chairman of Kuduru Ward.
They expressed their sympathies to the widow and assured her of further assistance in due time.
The gas explosion had left the widow’s family without a home, and the Solidarity Movement’s visit aimed to provide some relief. The team’s gesture was a testament to Hon. Chinedu Joshua Obika’s commitment to supporting his constituents in times of need.
Chief Kingsley Chukwudi Okonkwo, Secretary of the Solidarity Movement, stated that the group would continue to support the widow and her family. The visit demonstrated the Movement’s dedication to serving the community and honoring Hon. Obika’s vision.
The Solidarity Movement’s support has brought some comfort to the affected family, and they look forward to further assistance from the organization and Hon. Obika’s office.
